Partial outage in identity proofing

Resolved

Newly released code included a bug that prevented use of one of our identity proofing vendors. Users encountering the error would have been presented with a 500 error page and would have been unable to complete proofing.

User authentication (sign in) and unproofed sign up activities were not affected by this issue.

This issue was resolved by 22:30UTC
