Degraded SMS and Telephony performance

Starting around 1:05PM Eastern and ending around 1:33PM some users may have experienced problems receiving SMS or Voice MFA codes. Users who encountered problems should re-attempt what they were doing when they encountered the problem.

This problem was due to an issue with our telephony provider. The issue appears to have cleared and we are monitoring the situation.
